What you can expect from a Reiki Session

Reiki is suitable for all ages including children and animals.

A Reiki Treatment is tremendously relaxing. There is no need for the removal of any clothing - it is a completely non invasive treatment. You will be required to lay on a couch and I will cover you to keep you warm and comfortable. I will then begin treatment by a hands on system beginning on the shoulders and slowly travelling down to the feet. On each area I touch I may stay with for a couple of minutes or so. An area requiring attention will take the longest time.
